Data Analyst - forecasting (Baltimore, MD)

Foxglove Meadow Community Partners is a nonprofit in Baltimore supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
