Data Analyst - forecasting (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Cedar Rook Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 462 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in attendance records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
