Data Analyst - forecasting (Atlanta, GA)

Northwind Sable Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Atlanta, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Investigate trends in subcontractor invoices and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on safety records. • Python or R for analysis.
