Data Analyst - forecasting (Atlanta, GA)

Stonegate Wilder Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 769 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor invoices. • Python or R for analysis.
