Data Analyst - forecasting (Atlanta, GA)

Northwind Sparrow Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Atlanta presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in visitor services and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on ticketing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
