Data Analyst - forecasting (Anchorage, AK)

Westbrook Lakeside Legal Group is a law firm in Anchorage serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on client files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
