Data Analyst - forecasting (Albuquerque, NM)

Highbridge Haven Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Albuquerque region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in safety records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on project schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
