Data Analyst - dashboard development (Wichita, KS)

Clearpath Rowan Health provides primary and specialty care in Wichita. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient education. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
