Data Analyst - dashboard development (Wichita, KS)

Lumen Sparrow Banking Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Investigate trends in fraud alerts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on branch operations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
