Data Analyst - dashboard development (Wichita, KS)

Rivermark Property Management is a Wichita property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Investigate trends in vendor invoices and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on lease renewals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
