Data Analyst - dashboard development (Wichita, KS)

Westbrook Vale Staffing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in temp assignments and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on onboarding. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
