Data Analyst - dashboard development (Wichita, KS)

Bright Vale Markets is a Wichita retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in supplier deliveries and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
