Data Analyst - dashboard development (Wichita, KS)

Lumen Cobalt Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Wichita, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in student accounts and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on attendance records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
