Data Analyst - dashboard development (Wichita, KS)

Silverline Fox Property Management looks after rental homes across the Wichita area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
