Data Analyst - dashboard development (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Clear Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Wichita, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage reports. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
