Data Analyst - dashboard development (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight Lantern Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Wichita, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 770 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in student accounts and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
