Data Analyst - dashboard development (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Sable Staffing Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on timekeeping. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
