Data Analyst - dashboard development (Virginia Beach, VA)

Bluepeak Wren Farms Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in field records and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
