Data Analyst - dashboard development (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ashton Care Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
