Data Analyst - dashboard development (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Keystone Arts Center Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Investigate trends in volunteer programmes and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on ticketing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
