Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tulsa, OK)

Harborlight Wilder Insurance is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in catastrophe response and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
