Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tulsa, OK)

Harborlight Ashton Care Services supports families and individuals in Tulsa with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in licensing and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on visit scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
