Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tulsa, OK)

Nova Kestrel Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Tulsa. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 533 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in shrink and waste and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
