Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Maple Staffing is a Tulsa staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in temp assignments and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
