Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Pike Staffing Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Investigate trends in onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on candidate screening.
