Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tulsa, OK)

Silverline Yarrow Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Tulsa, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in exhibitions and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on school partnerships. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
