Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tucson, AZ)

Highbridge Ivory Civic Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on case files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
