Data Analyst - dashboard development (Toledo, OH)

Summit Mill Care Services Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in care plans and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
