Data Analyst - dashboard development (Toledo, OH)

Stonegate Kestrel Community Partners is a Toledo charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in food distribution and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
