Data Analyst - dashboard development (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Bridge Freight and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in carrier rates and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
