Data Analyst - dashboard development (Toledo, OH)

Bluepeak Pike Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Toledo producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in batch records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
