Data Analyst - dashboard development (Toledo, OH)

Rivermark Orchard Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Toledo. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on client records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
