Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Oak Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Tampa, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in branch operations and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
