Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tampa, FL)

Redstone Meridian Legal Group provides legal services in Tampa across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a large organisation of about 610 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in document review and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on trust accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
