Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tampa, FL)

Amberfield Vista Staffing Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on timekeeping. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
