Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tampa, FL)

Northwind Ridge Auto Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in service appointments and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on vehicle inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
