Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Birch Arts Center Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in school partnerships and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on visitor services. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
