Data Analyst - dashboard development (Tampa, FL)

Bluepeak Ridge Community Partners runs community programmes across Tampa, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in food distribution and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer shifts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
