Data Analyst - dashboard development (St. Louis, MO)

Silverline North Early Learning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
