Data Analyst - dashboard development (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Vista Early Learning is an early-learning provider in St. Louis, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in meal programmes and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
