Data Analyst - dashboard development (St. Louis, MO)

Bluepeak Ember Staffing connects candidates and employers across the St. Louis region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Investigate trends in timekeeping and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on temp assignments. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
