Data Analyst - dashboard development (St. Louis, MO)

Stonegate Bridge Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the St. Louis area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in customer tickets and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on service installations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
