Data Analyst - dashboard development (St. Louis, MO)

Bright Ember Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around St. Louis. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in clinical studies and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on release testing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
