Data Analyst - dashboard development (Spokane, WA)

Summit Kestrel Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Spokane area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
