Data Analyst - dashboard development (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ridge Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be dashboard development. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in learning materials and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on attendance records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
