Data Analyst - dashboard development (Spokane, WA)

Silverline Timber Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Spokane. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on dashboard development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
