Data Analyst - dashboard development (Spokane, WA)

Silverline Mill Freight Group is a Spokane logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in dock schedules and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer tracking. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
