Data Analyst - dashboard development (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Stone Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Spokane with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our dashboard development. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Investigate trends in recycling loads and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
