Data Analyst - dashboard development (Spokane, WA)

Stonegate Sparrow Telecom is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in customer tickets and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on network equipment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
