Data Analyst - dashboard development (Spokane, WA)

Amberfield Harbor Banking Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on dashboard development for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in account openings and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on fraud alerts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
